Suggest me a light/funny book with lead character attending Grad school

I'd love inspirational, ambitious female leads in grad school working hard to accomplish STEM studies.

Please let her be attending Grad school in the plot. It's a tough time and I want to see FMC making it through hard work.

I want to read scenes set in classes and labs, do homework, tests, etc.
