I’ve just finished reading Marjan Kamali’s books that take place in Iran (The Stationery Shop and The Lion Women of Tehran). I’d love to read more fiction (whether historical fiction or stories that take place in contemporary times) that takes place in this part of the world, especially with a female main character. Another example of a book I enjoyed was The Book of Everlasting Things by Aanchal Malhotra. Thank you!
