My grandma is currently reading “The Devil in the White City” by Erik Larson and is thoroughly enjoying it! However, due to her eyesight, she can’t read it as quickly as she’d like and it causes her eye strain.
Are there any similar books available in large print that she can spend her excess free time getting lost in?

There are lots of books available in large print! They’re exactly the same as their typical font counterparts, but literally in LARGE print that’s 18pt or larger. Do you have easy-ish access to a local library? They should have some large print books to choose from and can likely get more through interlibrary loan.
Edited to add: Would she be interested in trying audio books?
Seconding your local library. Some larger city libraries will also have a “bookmobile” that will deliver holds to rural areas.
Have you checked your local library? Most libraries have a dedicated large print section. Plus they usually can order specific large print books through interlibrary loan if they don’t have what you want. My mom has the same issue and that’s how she gets most of her reading done these days.
Have you considered getting her an e-reader? Many libraries offer ebooks!
