I'm an amateur reader myself, some books I like are 1984 and lotr + the hobbit, looking for any books that have stuff like space colonization, politics, based off of the British empire, military. Any help appreciated
I’d definitely recommend Red Rising. The first book is similar to Hunger Games in space but the rest of it is a space opera with political intrigue. It is a fantastic series.
