I'm looking for a new SERIES to read in the legal thriller/detective/police/crime/mystery genres (looking for more modern books over classics like Agatha Christie or Sherlock).
Some series I have enjoyed:
Daniel Pike (by William Bernhardt)
Harry Bosch (Michael Connelly)
Joe Pickett (C.J. Box)
Lincoln Rhyme (Jeffrey Deaver)
Lucas Davenport (John Sandford)
Colter Shaw (Jeffrey Deaver)
Series by Scottoline, Baldacci, and Patterson are hit or miss for me.
Thanks for your suggestions!

I enjoyed the DI Amy Winters series by Caroline Mitchell
The Rebus books by Ian Rankin are probably my favourite detective/police/crime series of books of all the series I’ve read.
Robert B Parker has 3 series – the OG Spenser, Jesse Stone, and Sunny Randall.
Robert Crais Elvis Cole and Joe Pike series
Paretsky’s VI Warshawski
Try the Jack Reacher series by Lee Child. Its about an ex military cop who solves crimes. The books are fast paced and easy to read. Also check out the Cork O’Connor series by William Kent Krueger if you liked Joe Pickett. Both are pretty modern and have lots of books to keep you busy.
Mrs. Murphy series by Rita Mae Brown is good and long. It’s a non-detective sleuth series (small town full of murder and curious characters) but I adore it.
I really enjoyed Lincoln Lawyer series by Michael Connelly
