I'm having a hard time at work. I work a thankless job that's often ignored. I'm left out of meetings/projects until the last minute etc.
Anyway, I've felt my anger coming back, and I've snapped a few times. I've not shouted or said anything bad, but I can tell I'm close.
I don't want to be like this. This job is bullshit anyway, so I don't know why I care.
I'm reading through Seneca's On Anger, but I'd appreciate any other suggestions.
I just want to stop being miserable and find some level of calmness.

I’m actually in the same boat. Have been more quick to anger lately. Glad I saw this post because I never thought to read a book that’ll help me work on it! Thanks and I’ll try giving that book a read! Can’t wait to see some more suggestions too.
