Time Travel To Your Own Past

Hey folks this is my first shot so I hope it pans out well! I’m looking to find books where the author has explored traveling back to an earlier time in a character’s life. Bonus points if it’s an elderly person traveling back. I am exploring the different ways it has been handled by others. What would a 60-something person do if their life wasn’t as wonderful as they had hoped for and they are melancholy about their choices and decisions and they woke up in their _-year old body the next morning back in 198?

I’ve already done a lot of butterfly effect type of thinking on this but now I’m looking for actual narrative writing .
