I have three major issues in my work life.

I tend to take things personally and then beat myself over it, to a point where I stop sleeping at night. Additionally, I always accept and take this as a fault of my own and curse myself for not being better.

I freeze up when my higher-ups ask a question. I get anxious, stutter and then spew garbage to answer the question which makes it less articulate and confusing the topic more. I'll even lie to avoid the confrontation or further questioning.

Lastly, I have major imposter syndrome. I almost always act like i don't belong and due to overthinking end up not following the conversation, resulting in adding no value. The funny thing is, I have big ambitions (being a in C-suite etc…) and the imposter syndrome does not help.
So long story short, do you have any books that you recommend that can help with this?
