Interested in books that at some point in the story completely change in tone and or genre. Also this is my third post this week I’m sorry if that’s too much I’m new to this group and yall are awesome!
Hum by Helen Phillips. The book I finished reading felt really different than the book I started.

Fall on Your Knees by Ann-Marie MacDonald — Literary fiction. The first 2/3 are told with a standard omniscient narrator, the last third is mainly the diary of an 18-year-old girl.
The Passion by Jeanette Winterson — Literary fiction. Swaps abruptly from naturalistic to magical realism halfway through the novel.
