Book with a premise like Loving Leah (Hallmark HOF movie)

I recently discovered that one of my favorite Hallmark Hall of Fame movies was based on a book (The Magic of Ordinary Days) and had looked to see if another of my favorites, Loving Leah, was also based on a book. It is not, apparently it's based on a play, but that has not stopped me from hoping there is a book out there with a similar premise. Does anyone know of a book that is similar to Loving Leah? 🤞🏼TIA
