I've been hearing that one of the methods of propaganda is flooding people with news, even news that people know is fake in an attempt to fatigue people about the current state of affairs.

I'm looking for tips on how to not let the fatigue happen. How to better mentally arm yourself against propaganda.

I am looking for something a bit more nuanced and deeper than "Read escapism fiction, touch grass, get off social media."

And I'm not opposed to the book talking about the psychology or the malicious outcomes that propaganda bring about, but I do want more of a focus on what I can do as an individual person about propaganda or at least my reaction to I can steel myself the best I can.

Self help genre is fine but please nothing with work book sections or journaling exercises (like "write out your top 5 favorite things to do and list what's holding you back and journal what you can do to overcome those obstacles"). Preferably something science based but that's not a hard and fast rule. Nothing about putting faith in a higher being please.

It would be a nice bonus if it discusses specifically social media in regards to propaganda.
