Ive been trying to rediscover myself during a bit of a stressful time in my life…
When I look for self help books it seems to be aggressive life coaching "be you but better" kind of deal… with empty platitudes… or when I look at guided journals they seem very basic.
I guess i just wanna an intensive character sheet with therapy prompts? I wanna ask myself a lot of questions and challenge myself.
Sorry it's late and im not very sure how to articulate it…
