I've just finished reading the first Dune book and was left feeling a little unsatisfied because they skipped over any romance.
Suggest me a book with a satisfying romance, a good plot, with sci-fi or fantasy themes. I'd like the narrator/main character to be a woman but it doesn't matter what gender she romances. It would be great if there was an overarching problem they solve together, or a Big Bad Guy they have to work together to defeat – anything with a solid plot and a focus on the romance.
I like space, aliens, magic, time travel, psychics – anything fantasy or sci-fi is cool with me.
