Hello everyone,
We often come across sentences or paragraphs in books that really resonate with us – whether it’s a beautiful quote, something that’s particularly enlightening, or just a line that really sticks with us. When reading physical books, it’s easy to use a bookmark or jot down notes in the margins. But when it comes to reading on a Kindle or other e-readers, how do you save these memorable quotes in a way that’s readily accessible?
Do you rely on Kindle's highlight feature, or do you prefer keeping a separate diary or journal for this purpose? Is it worth maintaining one, or does it end up feeling like a hassle? I’d love to hear how others keep track of those special lines!
Looking forward to your thoughts and advice.

I just use the note app in my phone for any quotes I want to remember from physical books and digital.

I mostly read using a Kindle app, and save my highlighted notes in GoodReads. For physical books, I don’t save anything; I might highlight something if I own the book.
