Looking for trad published novel recs that I can hopefully check out from my library. My preferred genres are scifi, fantasy, and horror. Will read romance, historical, nonfiction (including true crime), literary, classics, light novels, thriller, and mystery though. Middle grade and young adult is also okay. Bonus points if it’s translated, lgbtq+, fungus related or features a robot/ai.
Things I dislike in books: cozy fantasy, high spice, pregnancy.
Not looking for novellas, graphic novels, manga, self published or indie published. My library doesn’t buy self or indie pub sadly.
I'm planning to only read these books physically so if you think the audiobook is the best route you can recommend it but state so or call it a bonus rec.
