Any gems with cyberpunk/ survival (book theme/for irl)books to add to a collection?)

I am starting the collection of books to create an library. I would like any suggestions on that matter for a nice foundation for books. I was thinking cyberpunk theme and survival books for in real life or like lords of the flies and hatchet.
