Would really like to start reading again

I’ve been meaning to ask here, what books would y’all recommend for someone who used to read 24/7 but stopped a while ago? I am really obsessed with historical fiction, good worldbuilding, stuff to do with mythos and legends, and all that jazz. When I was a kid Artemis Fowl was my absolute favorite book series (Percy Jackson following close behind ofc lol) as well as The Hobbit. I also enjoyed reading the Sherlock Holmes series, and I sort of liked the Kane Chronicles too. I am fascinated by all kinds of history, real and fiction, any time period. I’m not super big on romance but it’s a plus if there’s good queer representation in some way. Let me know if there’s anything that you all think I’d enjoy!
