Hey!
I really do believe I haven’t read a book on my own accord since I read Misery, now 6 years ago. And I seriously don’t understand why, I absolutely loved it. Maybe my phone took over, idk.
I would love suggestions on books like that, im pretty sure the genre is psychological horror?
Otherwise I have also read The long walk, and the 3 main maze runner books plus one extra, which I loved. Again I was 14, so my taste has definitely changed.
I am reading Maus right now, and it’s incredible so I would also love graphic novel suggestions. Especially if there is some graphic novels in the genre.

have u tried any other stephen king ones?
Give “This Is Where We Talk Things Out” by Caitlin Marceau a read. It’s only about 110 pages and has a similar feel to Misery.
Give Fairy Tale a shot!
Salem’s Lot and The Shining are good if you loved King.
Just finished Pet Semetary and Revival and blazed through both of those.
I loved The Unwilling by John Hart. The MC is about your age. For reference, I love misery too, and the pace of The Unwilling should be enough to keep you turning the pages.
