Looking for books like Go Ask Alice that aren’t y/a

As a teenager I enjoyed the books Go Ask Alice, Breaking Bailey, and Calling Maggie May. I felt like they were interesting and easy to burn through.

Are there any books like these that aren’t Y/A fiction? I’m 21 now and can’t stand to read Y/A novels, other than Kathleen Glasgow’s books.
