22 M, found my love again for reading again after my gf got me some self-help books she enjoyed. Looking for recommendations for more.
The self-help books were kinda cool. I liked the idea behind Don't Believe Everything You Think by Joseph Nguyen, but the goal of the book was a little off-putting. Similar topics of overthinking/managing stress are welcome.
I'm also in school for Mechanical Engineering, with a heavy interest in cars. Anything about that (in terms of design, stories, history of whatever) I would definitely check out.
