I'm looking for two kinds of books. Firstly, Christian stories from World War II (or military history in general), both on the battlefield and the home front, such as the books Brave Hearts Under Red Skies: Stories of Faith Under Fire and A Thousand Shall Fall.
I'm also looking for a more broad, strategical or tactical take on war from a Christian perspective. For instance, a book about England's national day of prayer and the ensuing Miracle of Dunkirk and how God inspired the German panzers to be halted so the BEF could be evacuated and saved. Still a nonfiction history book, but with a Christian slant.
Anything similar to these would be great. Thanks!
