Enemies to lovers… kinda

I’m looking for enemies to lovers books, where the villain is in love with the main character(like a real villian, not someone who fmc hates for story convenience). BUT I don’t want them to end up together, I want them to be a little in love but still be on opposing sides the entire series. Examples: Shadow and Bone, Red Queen (he’s in love with her the entire time not vice versa but that works). I’m a fan of pretty much all fiction genres, my favs being fantasy, realistic fiction, and sci-fi
