As a woman (21) currently going through a massive weight loss journey and being completely unfeminine and undisciplined in every aspect of my life outside of academics—I’m looking for a good book to help with this.
Something that can help me transform myself into a better me, alongside doing my own internal work (therapy, separating myself from family, working on my relationships etc.)
I want to start building habits surrounding hygiene, diet, wardrobe, social interactions, etc.
