After listening to Mark Lanegan’s memoir Sing Backwards and Weep, I found myself intrigued by the themes and content of this book largely due to how uniquely personal it is and the subject matter it deals with. Could anyone help recommend a book or narrative that has that weight with it. For those who are familiar with the memoir by Mark Lanegan you know what I mean. It is unapologetically raw and truthful. It can be any narrative, genre, or type of book. It just has to have that emotional weight that makes it a compelling and informative read.
