I'm looking for historical & contemporary romance books with the leads who are not good-looking.
I'm tired of leads where every human with a V is throwing themselves at the hero & the hero's only quality is "how good looking he is". Every second sentence is spewing about his bronzed chest or cheekbones to kill for or piercing blue eyes.
Some books I have read on similar lines: "The Raven Prince" & "To Beguile a Beast" by Elizabeth Hoyt, etc.
