Looking for baroque + cyberpunk

Something with the depth of detail and atmospheric intensity of e.g Gormenghast/Viriconium – except with a cyberpunk aesthetic, & techno-urban environments. I guess I'm looking for the literary equivalent of what Blame! is to manga. Quality of prose is also something I value a lot here, I want it to be literary.

I already know about Neuromancer/Snow Crash etc. prefer something more niche.
