Is there any book out there where an emeperor and a empress of rival or just different empires have a political marriage?

Extremely specific, but i always wanted to read something like this. Royal arranged marriages usually involve the Empress/ror and a lower status other person.

The chemistry between 2 such leaders would be so good! I think!
