There's a non-fiction book I own by Jennifer Toth. It's called "The Mole People: Life In The Tunnels Beneath New York City." It's outstanding. I've already read it a few times. I'd love to read something similar to this. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Edit to expand: looking for non-fiction stories about people living in maybe similar/unique circumstances.

Similar in the way of tunnels or just real but stories?
Reliquary by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child was set mostly in the nyc subway tunnels. The main characters encounter the Mole People and other groups as well.
Also, if, like me, you find the underground world intriguing in novels, Descent by Jeff Long is fantastic and is set nearly entirely underground.
