Hello everyone,
I (25F) recently lost both of my parents in a tragic traffic accident. I'm looking for books how to deal with losing both parents (suddenly) at a young age, but I mostly find books about losing 1 parent or due to an illness, which is of course different to my situation. Do you know if books like this exist? Thank you in advance!

I’m so sorry for your loss. Not sure if you’re looking for fiction or nonfiction, but when you’re feeling up to it I’d check out Too Much Loss: Coping With Grief Overload by Alan Wolfelt. A good friend of mine lost his parents and younger brother in a car crash, and he found this really helpful for processing multiple losses at once. I haven’t read it, but he highly recommends it to anyone he knows dealing with grief.
