    I struggle a lot with not being able to fully be present in myself. I feel more fulfilled when i'm in my own head daydreaming and making stuff up than in real life, where I just feel lonely, anxious, insecure and depressed. Therapy isn't an option for me right now but the next best thing is books, do you guys have any recommendations? Doesn't have to be nonfiction self-help, if anything I usually don't like those kinds of books; it could be anything that makes you guys feel more connected to yourselves. I like all kinds of literature but according to storygraph my top genre is "literary"
