Hi everyone,
I am aware that dark romance/heavily erotic books are controversial as of late but I am looking for a book that has the feel of priest.
I really liked the book for the fact that it was emotionally intense and that the FMC went after what she wanted and also stood her ground. I liked that the MMC had a lot of internal struggle and for someone with religious trauma it was an interesting book to read.
However nowadays, the only books I read are books where the FMC is a damsel in distress and the MMC views her as a dog views a chew toy.
I am not very open to fantasy books, it just doesn’t speak to me and I am not looking for something overly horror. Smut isn’t necessary but just as it is apart of daily life, I feel it is apart of a good romance story.
Any recommendations?
