I’m creating a painting series about the complex importance of female relationships ie: friendships, sisterhood, daughter hood, motherhood and i would love some book recs on this subject

Hi!! I have never posted to Reddit before but i really want some book recommendations for this painting series i am doing. It’s very important to me to do research and understand the concepts i am depicting as fully as i can and i love to do that through books! I am open to fiction and nonfiction but i just want to consume as much literature on this topic as i can before beginning my paintings!
