I’m trying to remember this book after I had a random flash of this piece of dialogue. The main character is a woman and is in the hospital after a fight or an attack or something and has a close call and is in and out of it for a while. One of the times she’s waking up in the hospital she’s not super lucid and is talking and says something along the lines of “how are my angel wings” because she thinks she died and is an angel. She says it to her love interest and he responds that they’re beautiful or something. It’s killing me that I can’t remember more of the book or any other factors. If anyone has any clue please respond lol.
