I'm looking for book recommendations that deal with emotional regulation, stuff that can help with understanding emotions better, managing overwhelming feelings, and generally staying more balanced in tough situations. I’m open to anything, whether it's psychology-based, self-help, or even more mindfulness or CBT-focused.
Bonus if it’s accessible and not too heavy on the jargon, but I’m okay with something more in-depth too if it’s really helpful.
