Relatively new reader here. I haven’t read much in terms of books of this type besides what I had to read in school like The Outsiders and Catcher in the Rye, which I will probably revisit sometime since CITR is considered one of the best. But I’m looking for other books with stories about being a kid/growing up/about nostalgia. One of my favorite movies is Stand by Me which fits this category so a story like that is something I’m definitely looking a for (ik it’s based on a Steven king short story). Thanks!
