I am 32 and over the last 5 years I’ve ignored the red flags continuing to push self further into darkness. I have found myself slowly loosing myself to a point now where i don’t know who I am, what I like, what I am doing in my career, what i want for a future – I just feel completely lost. Life feels heavy and I find myself crying a lot more than I ever have. I just don’t see a happy future or what that could even look like for me.

I want my spark back, I want my zest for life back, I want my ambition back and to be motivated to engage with the world and live.

I would love to hear your recommendations you have which you feel could support me to navigate this chapter.

    Thank you
