Hey everyone, I’m hoping you can help me out. I recently read Viktor Pelevin's Generation "P" and absolutely loved it. His unique style of blending satire with philosophy and the absurdity of modern life really struck a chord with me. It was funny, dark, and thought-provoking all at once, and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since I finished it. I’m curious if anyone else has read his work and could recommend similar books? I’ve heard The Life of Insects is another great one, but I’m not sure what to dive into next.
I’m particularly looking for books that deal with existential themes or explore the modern world in a surreal or critical way. I’ve been struggling with some personal stuff lately, and Pelevin’s style really helped me reflect on things in a new light. I’d love to find more reads that have that same deep yet weirdly funny vibe. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!
