Looking for a good fantasy series to enjoy.

I'm open to really excellent standalome novels as well! For reference, series/books I've really enjoyed through the years (some of which I've read repeatedly) – the Old Kingdom series by Garth Nix, the Inkworld series by Cornelia Funke, Harry Potter, and pretty much any of Dianna Wynne Jones's books, but especially Howl's Moving Castle and it's sequels.

I prefer there not be racy content/smut, and I don't mind romance in stories but I don't enjoy it when the romance is the focus.
