I'm looking for self help/psychology books that don't fill up the pages with anecdotes and rehashings of the same ideas. I like books that rely on hard science. Books similar to Thinking Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman, The Dyslexic Advantage by Brock and Fernette Eide and Grit By Angela Duckworth.
