I just started Grounded by Megan Morrison and I’m absolutely loving it. It’s aimed at a younger audience but the writing style and world building are so satisfying.
Ella Enchanted by Gail Carson Levine is one of my favorites of all time. The same praise applies: ostensibly for kids but the impeccable writing and world building make it universally enjoyable.
