Want to get into fantasy or sci-fi…give me an unputdownable book suggestion

I would like to try a new genre, but I always fall back into my usual comfort genre (Freida McFaddens and Gillian Flynns, I can't help it). Give me one that is fast-paced, exciting, and suspenseful, that I won't be able to resist!
