Pornstar Boyfriend

I’m looking for a book I read a while book but (sadly) never added to my goodreads.
It was about a girl working at a hotel (I think she was the cleaner) and she runs into a guest she recognises as a famous porn actor. He offers to “show her” how good he is and she agrees. Eventually they start a relationship and she gets to know his friends who’s also in that business. (Specifically a girl who is angry at main guy for dating a fan)
There’s also a bit where he post her online and people refer to her as garter belt girl or something like that.
