Enemies to lovers: FMC co-owns a restaurant in Italy with her nemesis

I saw a description of one of those “mystery date with a book” covers and the book sounded interesting! However, I am trying to not buy new books and trying to get books from the library, used bookstores, etc.

I was hoping someone could tell me which book this is so I can try and get it from an alternative source!
