I’m in my 20s and, like many people, trying to figure out life—career, relationships, finances, personal growth, all of it. It’s an exciting but also overwhelming phase, and I’d love to hear what books helped you during this time in your life.
I’m open to any genre—nonfiction, memoir, even fiction that offers great life lessons or perspective. Basically, anything that gave you clarity, motivation, or just helped you feel a little less lost.
Would love to hear your suggestions and why they resonated with you. Thanks in advance!

This is one of the themes in Lev Grossman’s The Magicians trilogy, if you enjoy fantasy? It’s what immediately came to mind for me. It’s ‘urban fantasy’, so magic as a secret in the real world. Riffs heavily on Narnia and Harry Potter. A lot of subtle emotional lessons and insights in those books.
I found The Four Agreements really meaningful at your age – give it a go
