Hi there, I'm looking to suggest books (fiction or non-fiction) about mental illness (particularly bipolar and/or unipolar depression) to my girlfriend who has absolutely zero experience with or knowledge about mental illness. I have my own suggestions, but I'd like to hear what you all would have to add. Thank you!
