Enlightened Monarchies

Hello,

I want to expand my fantasy book collection. Now, I have read the classics plus I read a ton of low fantasy books.

Now I am looking for some high fantasy. Clear cut good fighting against evil. Good kings leading their people in a noble fight against evil. Untainted acts of heroism. People overcoming their weakness to grow into heroes.

Can you suggest some books like this please? I don't care if it is about humans, dwarves or a different race altogether, however I would like a sort of High Medieval aesthetic. So that means horses, knights, plate armor etc etc. Don't even know if this is a thing but let us roll the dice haha.
