Spirituality in Black and Native American Cultures (inspired by the movie Sinners)

I recently watched the movie Sinners and found the religious and spiritual themes really interesting. It made me want to learn more about how these topics are explored in Black and Native American cultures in the U.S. Even though the movie didn’t focus much on Native culture, I’m still really curious about it too.

I’m open to both fiction and non-fiction.
