Hello, I work in a library and I'm having problems picking out books. I'm searching for books for teens!
We don't have many people in the age 14-20 here.
I would like books that are English since that has been requested alot.
Also booked covering queer/trans people, and more People that aren't white 🙂
Our teen section is really old and the only books I read where the whole warrior cats series. So I don't have many ideas of where to search for book suggestions (that's why I'm asking reddit).

The yalit sub would have some great ideas! Maybe pop over there and have a scroll of what’s popular.
Some popular ones include The Summer I Turned Pretty series, A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder, Shadow and Bone/Grishaverse, Caraval and Scythe, make sure you’ve got The Hunger Games, Cassandra Clare, Legendborn series, Heartstopper and The Hate U Give. For some diverse picks I recommend Elizabeth Acevedo, Wonder and Akwaeke Emezi. Lots of queer books are standalones, but I recommend looking through award lists for good ones!
