Hi all, I've recently had my eyes opened to an entire genre I'd never explored before. I read Malice by Keigo Higashino, and immediately got the read of his Detective Kaga books.
I got a new Kindle about a month ago and have read every day since. I was a huge reader as a child and got the first Kindle Touch about 15 years ago and got back in to reading, but the last few years I've not really read anything. My new Kindle (just the basic model, but the latest version) has built in light for the screen and it's been a game changer. I can read in bed again!
I've really enjoyed getting back in to reading and read half a dozen books over the last month, whereas it used to take me 6+ months to finish a book.
I really enjoyed Malice, I found the writing style so easy to get through and loved the whole working out a puzzle aspect of the story. His other books are similar, and I was hoping people might be able to recommend me some all time greats from Japanese crime writers?
Thanks in advance 🙂

Consider Seishi Yokomizo’s series featuring detective Kosuke Kindaichi, starting with *The Honjin Murders*.
