Looking for a horror book that involves supernatural forces and if possible psychological trauma

I’m less sure about the SCP theme, but I’ve read a number of books of that description this year.

I really enjoyed Near the Bone by Christine Henry, and The Return by Rachel Harrison (there are a number of other books by Harrison I’d also like to read).
